We are attempting to install the software on a parallels ras server in order for high school students to log in and use the software. Is this possible?
I have tried, but the install only shows up for the user that installs the software.
I appreciate the advice!

I'm not sure if you were using the installer, but if so you should read this:

Specifically this part:

While it is possible to use the eclipse installer to create a so-called shared, read-only installation, you should read carefully the additional considerations below. In particular, it's important to either disable the use of the shared bundle pool, or to ensure that the shared bundle pool is also located in a read-only location that is accessible to all users.

Disabling the share bundle pool produces an installation just like the packages here:
