Java was started but returend exit code =13

Not able to install in my office laptop as I ma receiving JAVA error

for BIRT 4.3.2 for SAP reporting

could you please help me

That looks like a 32-bit version of Eclipse. Is that a 32-bit Java, as mentioned in the sticky post at https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/198527/ ?
