Hi!
I like to do Class diagram to visualize my code.
The thing is, after I have painstakingly created my diagram, it loses rapidly its usefulness:
The code evolves but I lose the patience to edit my diagram also so it got completely out of sync with my code.

Is there a plugin which can do the synchronization for me? (Updating the class members and variables for example).
