Decided to give Eclipse a go, and have stumbled at a very early stage due to what appears to be a major fault on the website.

Many of the download pages are completely blank or non-functional.

E.g.
https://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/index.html#Latest_Release

I tested in 3 separate browsers, and also tried via a proxy site to ensure it wasn't just some local condition.

Are they broken? Is it just me?
