Newcomer. Create Account references creating a Eclipse Foundation Account and associating it with GitHub ID. I was unable to find reference to this on the account page. Can you point me in the right direction?

When you log into accounts.eclipse.org and Edit your profile (the drop-down is above your avatar image), you 'll find a GitHub Username field for entering that value.
