Is there a centralized ecore repository for different modeling languages meta-model? Like Eclipse UML Profiles Repository proposed for UML profiles. Is there any initiation for DSML ecore meta models.
For example, if someone wants to use SysML Block Definition Diagram ecore description, they can just pull it and from the repository and use it.

No, there is no centralized model registry/repository. You'll have to Google and find a p2 repository from which to install each such thing. E.g., I assume SysML would come from here:

https://download.eclipse.org/modeling/mdt/papyrus/components/sysml14/

Only Eclipse-hosted projects can "publish" contents to an Eclipse-hosted site.

Researchers looking to shared their results generally keep their source code in a public Git repository such as at GitHub or GitLab. I'm not sure how/where people publish their p2 update sites...
