Hi,

my mosquitto broker is runnng with default configurations and i am connected with a siemens plc with IP:10.1.1.2 through ethernet adapter with ip/subnet: 10.1.1.100/255.255.0.0.

How to eshtablish a connecvtion between broker and plc?

Probably using the "Mosquitto mailing list" link in the Community section of https://mosquitto.org/ would help find people who can help with this specific issue.
