Hello and thank you for a great useful project.

I have an issue with edge labels in stress & force layouts (since the documentation https://www.eclipse.org/elk/reference/algorithms/org-eclipse-elk-stress.html says they both relate to "Force" category, I hope the issue could be common):

The Force layout documentation https://www.eclipse.org/elk/reference/algorithms/org-eclipse-elk-force.html says that it supports an edge labels feature. Indeed, when I don't specify edge labels x and y properties, the layout output contains such properties - so I suppose the labels are being placed somehow. But this placing doesn't appear to be accurate - the labels are located far away from their labels, and any label-related options from the reference https://www.eclipse.org/elk/reference/options.html don't seem to have any effect.

The simple example of such a graph can be found here index.php/fa/38959/0/

In the example above, while the "1->2" label could be considered as placed somewhere near its edge, the "1->3" label is placed too far.

I'd appreciate any hints if there are any options to specify an edge label placement.
