No expert here but I think eclipse can't find Java, or at least not the right version.
Open a cmd prompt and type java -version and see if you have at least 1.8

-1 usually indicates improper arguments, or in this case, what I suspect are truncated ones from having Eclipse that far into your directory structure on the drive. Try putting it somewhere closer to the root of the drive, and make sure you're using a modern 64-bit Java.
