I downloaded Eclipse for a class . . My teacher provided a sample code for us. I copied it into Eclipse then tried to run it. When I run it, I get a error that say, "The selection cannot be launched, and there are no recent launches". What does this mean?

I even watched a YouTube video on how to set it up. Followed all the steps, but still do not get it
