Hello guys! I have a .txt file pulled up so i can make notes while i code, but i have a small question. Is there any way to change preferences for this new .txt file without changing it for the main window? If so, how?

Also, I added the text file as so, File -> New -> Other -> General -> Untitled Text File->dragged new window into bottom left->here we are :)

Any help is appreciated!

When you right click a window, at the bottom, it says preference. I mean these preferences. I hope I'm using "window" right lol. I'll attach a screenshot.

The preferences here are for that type of editor, not for one specific editor instance.
