I wanted to know if Eclipse has its all projects mirrored in GitHub?

Or are there projects which use GitHub as its development platform?

Hi,

AFAIK mirroring to GitHub is a project-specific choice so not all projects are currently available in GitHub. Some projects use GitHub as their main development platform. See:

list of repositories in Eclipse's Git: https://git.eclipse.org/c/
list of repositories in Eclipse's main GitHub organization: https://github.com/eclipse (there are others, such as https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j)
