Can't clone Git repository in azure DevOps using HTTPs protocol [message #1827708]

Eclipse version: neon3 win32 java:8
always give below error:
.Incorrect URL
.No network connection
.git is missing at end of repository URL
.SSL host could not be verified(set http.sslVerify=false in Git configuration)
Ater check, I have network connection, URL is correct, http.sslVerify=false is set.
after open error log window, "Unrecognized Windows Sockets error" is shown.
I'm not sure why this occurs.

Make sure you're using the right URL, and use the current release if you can. Neon is a few years old at this point.

URL is correct, I copy it from DevOps.
on my private laptop, same eclipse and URL, can clone Git repository.

I am having the same issue with my company's Azure DevOps Git repository and EGit. Were you able to resolve your issue?
