I made a conversion from Eclipse Oxygen to Jee-2020-03 and from Java 8 to Java 14.

I repaired some errors of this conversion and some deprecated methods, classes or interfaces.

I don't know what to do ...

The Code Recommenders project has been terminated. You can go ahead and uninstall any features with that name.

Check your About dialog's list of installed features.

I don't understand. When I look in About dialog list under plug-ins ... there is a plug-in 'org.eclipse.e4.ui.workbench' ... but eclipse says, I cannot find it ...

It's maybe unhelpful, but I would personally create a new installation from scratch. Also create a new workspace. Then use File -> Import -> General -> Existing Project into Workspace to copy the projects from the old workspace into the new one; be sure to check the dialog that you actually copy the projects, not just link to them.
