Tilde character combo in Spanish keyboard (AltGr + 4, then space) no longer works in LDT.

It stopped working several months ago, for no apparent reason (might be related to Windows 10 character management changes?).

I can write tilde using AltGr + 4 + space anywhere else, even here -> ~~~~~ ... just not on LDT (I have to copy-paste the character all the time)

Steps to reproduce:

- Create a new Lua file within an existing LDT project (execution environment lua 5.1)

- Try to write ~ using Spanish keyboard (AltGr + 4, then space)

Actual result:
blank space

Expected result:
~

LDT Build: 1.4.201804031433
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit

I already reported this issue here, back in January, but there has been no response.

Is there anyone here who can provide some assistance / guidance?
I have a feeling that this might be a really easy thing to fix...

Out of the 700+ people who visited this thread and didn't reply... have any of you experienced this kind of problem?

I'd really appreciate it if someone could...
