As the topic suggests, Eclipse IDE, version 2019-09 had a Re-Launch button,
I can not find that in the 2020-03 version. Any help on how to get this back?

Which button exactly are you referring to? JUnit view had and still has a button "Rerun Test". Is that it?
Also the general "Run" button has an option (in the preference) to "Always launch the previously launched application", so that's a re-launch button, too. Also still there.
So, what exactly do you see missing?
