Several groups of students of mine have reported this bug to me: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs//show_bug.cgi?id=561332. It occurs for several of them, using different computers, and I have reproduced it on mine as well. Thus, I think it is fairly robust.

Can anyone change it status there from Unconfirmed to Confirmed, if you observe it as well?

I hope this bug will attract attention of the developers, as it is quite difficult to teach students to obtain a nice, maintainable Papyrus model while having this bug which easily adds tens of unwanted elements in their models.

(Also, having it fixed quickly would send a good image of Papyrus and the open source correction process to these students!)

Hello,
When I click the link, I obtain the message : " '561332.' is not a valid bug number nor an alias to a bug."
Are you sure it is the good bugId?

Regards.
Yoann.

Thanks. Indeed, '561332.' is not a valid bug number, but '561332' is. The dot ending the sentence was included in the URL.

I have now corrected this.

May I try to attract attention on this bug report again? My course for this year is about to start and this is a bug that has annoyed very much my students last year. (Understandably so!)

Can anybody please confirm this? Is there any way not to trigger the bug?

Thanks to anybody for the help!

Hi,

Indeed I can reproduce this bug. We will put this bug in the backlog for the next sprint.

Regards,
Pauline
