Hello,

I am using the following repo as my Xtext Update Site:
http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/tmf/xtext/updates/composite/releases/

In ths compositeArtifacts, there is a reference to the location: http://download.eclipse.org/modeling/tmf/xtext/updates/releases/xpand/

However, this location is no longer available. is this a bug?

no its not.
either the composite should have been adapted or xpand should still be there
can you please create an issue at github.com/eclipse/xtext

@Christian A better hint. You should be subscribed to cross-project-dev on which Ed has plugged the need to use his P2 repo analysis to clean up the numerous bad repos.
