I both read the Jobs articles and the implementation of the resource
scheduling rule factory... It seems that two create rules on resources
with the same project rules are conflicting. Also two delete-rules are,
but not two modify rules. I generally have two questions:

1. Is there a way to change this behavior (in a not hack-way)? I would
like to be able to schedule two jobs which create a file in deep
subdirectory structure inside of the same project which run in parallel
and not wait for each other.

2. Who is responsible for the documentation, whom I could contact to
contribute more detailed documentation on this issue. I think this is
vital issue, if one uses the resource-based rules and not reimplement the
entire rule facility...

P.S. I was first writing unit tests and then reverse engineered (for me)
how it is implemented... I think half of the page of description how
resource rules work will help all others who plan to use this.

Cheers,

Simon
