When I add a command of type "Toggle" to my View Toolbar, it appears next
to the minimize/maximize buttons for the View. However when I then add a
command of type "Pulldown", it gives the view an individual 'Coolbar'.

Is there any way to force the pulldown command button to appear in the
same way the toggle command did when it was alone, as I need to save as
much space as possible.

Here's a screenshot of what I mean: http://i44.tinypic.com/166xbps.jpg
The only difference between those two views is the command style. Nothing
else.
