Hi,

What settings are required to ensure TLS session resumption without full TLS handshake while reconnecting to the MQTT broker?

Does cleansession flag set as true will perform TLS session resumption? or it will only take care of the subscriptions and Qos1/QoS2 messages after reconnection?
