I am new to creating Eclipse plugins. I have scoured the internet attempting to find some information, tutorials, etc. on how to create a plug-in project for Eclipse that will gather project information and actually create a new project in the Eclipse workbench. This is for my own, personal need, and don't seem to be finding any real resources describing this, or any that aren't so outdated as to be useful.

Any hints, suggestions, etc.?
