I get this error when I try to sign the ECA:
Error, An error has occured and your Eclipse Contributor Agreement was not submitted. (ECA-03)

I've sent a note to the web master, but currently I am getting a "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)" with details like this:

The response from the remote server was:
550 5.7.1 Posting from the future (51273)

So I think there is some serious server problem(s) at the moment. :-(

This error can be returned when there is an error updating the backend storage.

As far as I know everything is currently working, so please try again and email webmaster if it continues to fail.
