Install mqtt paho in windows [message #1817995]

I'm trying to install MQTT Paho on Windows. I got instructions from https://www.eclipse.org/4diac/documentation/html/communication/mqttPaho.html

I get an error when running the "make" command in cmd. The picture below is a description of the error. Is there any solution for this?

The error refers to the compilation of paho. Check the issues in their forum maybe for better support. Last time I tried it was working with version 1.3.0. I used static libraries, because I remember there was a problem with dynamic libraries in windows
