So, is there anyone who can help me how to install the plugin

Hi,

What kind of plug-in are you talking about? If it's a plug-in for Eclipse IDE you have basically two ways to install it depending on whether the plug-in is available on the Eclipse Marketplace or not. See this tutorial [1] that presents both of them.

That being said, this forum is mainly dedicated to Eclipse-related questions [2] so I'm not sure that it's the best place to ask. For general web development you may want to search for online tutorials or ask questions on StackOverflow.
