An issue that my team have been encountering for a while (happens on 4.5.0 and the 4.6.0 branch) is that if you drag an existing AssociationClass onto a diagram the diagram often loses the link between the class and the association when the diagram is reopened. Having had a bit of a close examination it seems that the .notation file is changed when the diagram is reopened - is this a known issue and is there a work-around?
