Mosquitto + OpenSSL problem [message #1816901]

Hello,

i am using mosquitto in a project where i run a broker on my localhost and want to connect a client, also running locally, with TLS. i have used OpenSSL to create the required certificates, keys, and Diffie-Hellman parameters needed for my cipher suite and changed the settings in the mosquitto.conf file, but when i try to run mosquitto this happens:

C:\Users\rfeikes>mosquitto -v -c "C:\Program Files\mosquitto\mosquitto.conf"
1573478987: mosquitto version 1.6.7 starting
1573478987: Config loaded from C:\Program Files\mosquitto\mosquitto.conf.
1573478987: Opening ipv4 listen socket on port 8883.
OPENSSL_Uplink(00007FF94BA55B70,08): no OPENSSL_Applink

Does anyone know what causes this?
