Some plugin will have an expression in its plugin.xml that uses the org.eclipse.emf.ecp.core.project.open property. You will have need the contributing plugin in your Eclipse target. Is Eclipse ECP properly installed?

You can only disable them by removing them.

You don't really expect that we reconstruct your target and search for it? Exclude feature one after the other to figure it out. I can't tell. Does the error log provide details?
