Is it possible to publish a zip of the source code of the builds? I can not use git to clone the repository but would like to have the latest version in order to be able to submit some patches.

You can always clone through git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/hawk/hawk.git, even if you are not a committer.

Still, even though the Gitweb interface provided by Eclipse does not have this, the Gitiles interface does allow you to download tgz files of specific commits:

https://git.eclipse.org/r/plugins/gitiles/hawk/hawk/+/refs/heads/master

I'll mention this in the website.

I have no access to external repositories (i.e. port blocked), nor can download tgz files. :(.

On a related note, can we also get archive (zip) versions of the update sites?

Solved! Zipped source code archives and update sites are now available from here:

https://download.eclipse.org/hawk/1.2.0/

Took a bit longer than expected - still getting to grips with the move to Jenkins.
