CVS hanging [message #34136] Mon, 14 March 2005 21:15 Go to next message

I'm trying to connect to a CVS repository via SSH2.

I can view the modules in the repository. When I try to update or synchronize
however Eclipse blasts through and then hangs at 42% on one particular file.

I've checked the repository and there is nothing odd about the one file in
question.

The server requires SSH2. I'm using extssh.

Anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix or work around this?

Thanks.

Hi,

First try updating your files using a different client, to see whether the
problem is in the client or the server. For example, you can use a CVS client
like SmartCVS (http://www.smartcvs.com/)
