i'm looking for the direct download links for platform build 2019-09M2.
currently, only the M1 is listed on https://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/

Platform contributes to M1 and M3 only. that the reason you don't see M2 in the list. M3 will be released tomorrow.
