Unable to get KDM Plugin installed [message #1809818]

I have gone through the installation process for KDM metamodel and while everything seems "normal" and the jar files are in the correct folders, it does not show up in the list.

the EMF package, installed concurrently are showing. I have attached the FD for both plugins and features. But looking at help->> ECLIPSE IDE INSTALLATION DETAILS it does not show up. What did I do incorrectly
