The attached image shows what I'm seeing with the current versions of WIndowBuilder from the Market Place (192) and the latest Eclipse 2019.06

I have to hover over the icons to remember what they do as the images are very difficult to see.

2nd image show it running with Eclipse 2019 03 R

This problem seems to have re-appeared with Eclipse 2020 09 and WIndowBuilder 1.9.4 from the MarketPlace
