I am trying to install Eclipse but after accepting license , it gets stuck . Downloading is not getting processed.

Error shown is "Artifact download is progressing very slowly from the following hosts: http://mirror.dkm.cz, http://mirror.cc.vt.edu, http://mirrors.ibiblio.org"

I have tried multiple times to download this and have waited for long times as well.
Please some one help me in installing this.

Sometimes mirrors are not well behaved. But given that three of them are very slow, it sounds more likely that you have a localized network problem accessing these sites rather than that three sites are unresponsive.

Perhaps if you switch to Advanced mode (via the menu in the upper right), you can disable the use of mirrors on the Confirmation page before your hit Finish. Unfortunately the main download site will transparently redirect requests to mirrors as well, so if it redirects to those mirrors any way, that might not help at all.
