Eclipse - eclipse-jee-photon-R-win32-x86_64
JDK - jdk-12 (I installed this one after I found that older jdk(1.6) was in Program Files (x86) folder and 32 bit, also I was getting another error earlier and found that the Java and Eclipse had to match, i.e. both 64 bit)

Full error -

I checked for this error and found that following plug-ins had to be added -
but I already found them present in the plugins folder. I checked for Eclipse Photon and found that we can use Java 8 or newer, so not sure why the error is still coming. Any suggestion/help is appreciated.

Java 9 made a lot of changes, as did every following release. Use a version contemporary with Java 12 like the current one, 2019-06, instead of one that's a year old like Photon.
