Hi All,
I have a 2 part question.
Q1) Does anyone know why is there not a newer release for nattable since March 2017 ?
Q2) Is there any other eclipse widget which does same/more functionalities as nattable and is under active development ?

Any reply is very much appreciated.

Hi,

1. I simply did not have the time to finish the release 1.6. But I hope to be able to finish it in the next few months. The last open topics are almost finished.
2. NatTable is under active development. The lack of a new release does not mean the project is not active, as you can see here: https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.nebula.nattable
3. Taking the whole feature set provided by NatTable into account, I don't know any other widget that has the same feature set. You can have a look at Nebula Grid. Not sure if it covers all the features you need, but maybe it is sufficient.

Thanks a lot for reply Dirk.

Any rough idea about timeline of 1.6 Release would be very helpful.

I posted a rough idea. In the next few months. If I would have a better estimate I would have written it here.

Hi Dirk,

Our product uses nattable and we are eagerly waiting for next release. Please let us know if we can help in workload sharing in order to speed up the release process.

Well I'm trying to release in the next few weeks. Seems there are no further blocker issues despite my time to prepare everything.
