Is there a Use Case profile anywhere that would allow entering the details of the use case in a formatted way?

Maybe not what you are looking for, but I have been using the documentation view to hold markdown-formatted use case descriptions. Granted, this means post processing for the generation of the documentation...
I do remember a discussion about a rich test version of the documentation view, but I can't find that information - it may be related to a contract for a tailored (proprietary) version of Papyrus...
