Can't download e(fx)clipse [message #1806685]

E(fx)clipse IDE doesn't seem to be downloadable from within Eclipse, and the prepackaged version is on a much older version of Eclipse. The site for manual update/download just throws an XML error. What's the proper way to install E(fx)clipse right now?

I know - we should remove the all-in-one download - you can use https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/efxclipse
