Hi,

I have installed and configured Git on my Centos Server.

Now I want to configure it on Eclipse which is on windows OS. I have tried to google for assistance. Can someone guide me step by step process to get it done?

I am not sure I understand what you are looking for.

JGit and EGit look at the same git configuration files.

Did you read the EGit User Guide ? It's installed into Eclipse Help when EGit is installed.
Or find it in the wiki here https://wiki.eclipse.org/EGit/User_Guide
