you can download Titan 6.1.0 from:

https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/titan/ttcn3-6.1.pl0-linux64-gcc5.4-ubuntu16.04.tgz
https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/titan/TITAN_Designer_and_Executor_plugin-6.1.pl0.zip


Alternatively, one can download the source code from github and build for the platform of preference.
