Hello :)

I'm from Germany, 15 years old and a Java beginner. I have downloaded eclipse and I want to put it in German, but how ?? There is always an error message "Could not found" at the link and local is not synonymous. Have eclipse Ide 2018-12 for windows 64bit

Can someone help me please? :) What do I have to do?
