I unpacked the Linux binaries into /usr/local/bin. Each time I run the executable I get the attached messages. It seems to be working ok - I just want to check that all is well. Cheers, Neil

Hi Neil,

thanks for reporting. I also get these error messages. This is coming from the interaction of Eclipse Graphics Library with the Linux Gtk+ library. I hope that this will get better with the next releases. But for now they should not affect you.

I'm not sure if it is a good practice to put 4diac under /usr/bin. I think a better place would be /opt/4diac or ~/4diac-ide. And then create a .desktop file under ~/.local/share/applications.

Unfortunately we currently can not create such a desktop file for you.

Cheers,
Alois
