Hii I am installing the Eclipse titan using the cygwin

I am able to run the make -j command and make install command .Not able to fetch the packages in make install directory. Also I m not able to find the compiler on the path C:/cygwin/home/userid/install

Requesting you to guide and giveme the Quick solution on this query
