Does forte support snapshot of forte runtime? If forte has, any interfaces to get the snapshot history data?

No currently not. What would be your use case? Maybe other means are available for you.

Thanks for the clarification. I would use this use case on application level. The event mechanism of IEC 61499 is very well suited for that. So you can determine when your application should run and when not and based on start, stop events coming maybe from an HMI or some other application.
