Comments are necessary.
But they don't have to visually interfere with the reading of code, itself a useful proficiency.
Try as I might, I can't get single line comments to start at col 105.
If I check "Enable Single Line Comments" and then set my formatting, all I get is each word of the single line comment set on a line of its own - effectively a list of single-word comments !

Any ideas ?
