I can't tell which port Eclipse is trying to open nor why... put simply what is it trying to do? (see attached screenshot)

I clicked Cancel... but I'm not sure what it's actually blocking and I'm not sure how to find out.

PDT auto start debug daemon and listen for incoming xdebug/zend debugger connections. By default it listen only for connections from localhost.

This allow start debuging outside eclipse for example via browser xdebug helper.
