Hi,

I have created new project called JFace DOM-SSE Databinding which is
enable to bind DOM Node from SST TextEditor (ex : XML editor from WTP),
with another JFace implementation (SWT UI, ....). It can be helpfull when
you want manage XML editor with SWT UI (like manage plugin.xml with PDE).

I have started to write something about JFace DOM-SSE Databinding at
http://wiki.eclipse.org/JFace_Data_Binding/SSE#JFace_DOM-SSE _Databinding.

Today no sources are available, because I'm waiting for Boris to see where
I can put this project.

If you are interested, don't hesitate to contact me.

Regards Angelo

Hi,

Matthew and Boris, I have updated the wiki of JFace Databinding to explain
more the concept of JFace DOM-SSE Databinding at
http://wiki.eclipse.org/JFace_Data_Binding/SSE.

I have explained what I'm using MasterDetail concept that Matthew has
explaiend me at
http://wiki.eclipse.org/JFace_Data_Binding/SSE#Master_detail .2FObservableValue

I have tried to explain more the problematic with Node observed instance
which change and I have tried to have generic concept for that (it can be
work with DOM, EMF, Bean...). It means that
we could have "observed instance change management" into the Core of
Databinding?
What do you think?

If you don't understand what I mean, don't hesitate to contact me.

Regards Angelo
