Well, I am back... but I forgot everything...

I updated some plugins in Neon J2EE on Linux
Now it does not start
I see the splash screen and then exit 0

Deleted .plugins in .metadata, restarted laptop. Log and start-output attached
Seems .lock is created

starting by pointing to a new workspace also fails (same behavior)
I installed a new version of j2ee and this one can open a workspace
I would like to open my old workspace if possible

Not sure how to debug or maybe one of the error in .log/startup is the issue ?

started eclipse with -clean (added -clean as first line of eclipse.ini)
Then move my .plugins back into the workspace
I am back in business - closing
