Hi Team,

From today morning onwards - 16/10/2018, eclipse neon mirror site http://download.eclipse.org/releases/neon/ is not stable. we are unable to download neon plugin and features mirrors. This site worked till yesterday night. Can you please look into this as soon as possible. One of our product is depended on this site URL. We even tried with oxygen but no luck.

I confirm it seems http://download.eclipse.org/ is down since yesterday (15 october), our tycho build fails in timeout and even executing eclipse ugrade through oomph fails for same reason
