Is there a tool which allows to generate e.g. svg diagrams based on an ELK-file like below for command line:

node top
{ 
    label "top"
    node a
    { 
        label "a"
        port out { label 'out' }
    }
    edge top.a.out -> top.b.in
    edge top.a.out -> top.d.in
    node b
    { 
        label "b"
        port in { label 'in' }
    }
    node d
    { 
        label "d"
        port in { label 'in' }
        node alpha
        { 
            label "alpha"
            port out { label 'out' }
        }
        edge top.d.alpha.out -> top.d.beta.in
        node beta
        { 
            label "beta"
            port in { label 'in' }
        }
    }
}

Similar answer as for your other question. Although I recall somebody mentioning something like this for elkjs. I'll let you know if I find it again.
