Is there a tool which allows to generate e.g. svg diagrams based on an ELK-file like below for command line:

{ 
    label "top"
    node a
    { 
        label "a"
        port out { label 'out' }
    }
    edge top.a.out -> top.b.in
    edge top.a.out -> top.d.in
    node b
    {
